Applications for Jury Must be Received by May 1, 2010

You MUST complete and return the following or your application will not be juried!

G      Pictures, 3 close up and 1 booth (as specified in the Jury Procedure)

G        Summary related to each photo (as specified in Jury Procedure)

G                   Self addressed stamped envelope (For return of photos/slides)

G                   Jury fee of $25 (non-refundable) per entry

Submit a separate application and jury fee for each medium.  We limit the number of crafters/artists in each medium.  Booth fees are due within 14 days of acceptance notification.  In 14 days booth may go to crafters on waiting list.  Indicate Medium:

I have read and understand the rules of the Black Mountain Arts & Crafts Show and agree to abide by them.  Display of items not handmade by me or substantially in keeping with those accepted by the jury will result in my being asked to leave the show without refund of the booth fee.  I grant unrestricted use of all photos submitted regardless of copyright status for purposes of promoting the Black Mountain Arts & Crafts Show.
